Senna Tower is a prime example - just look at how small the plot of land is for what will be a 550 metre tall tower. Developers are trying to get as much floor space as possible onto this tiny site.
- Role: subject
- In the video: Planned 550 m reinforced-concrete residential tower honouring Ayrton Senna, on a tiny waterfront plot. It is to have 700 auger-cast piles of at least 40 m, two 1,000-tonne tuned mass dampers, and wind-tested by RWDI; completion is expected in about seven years.
- Why it matters: It would be the world’s tallest residential skyscraper and is the video’s central subject, though it is a proposed building not yet built.
